Voicebots are AI-powered voice assistants for the telephone. They answer calls, understand the request, provide standard information (opening hours, status, address), book appointments directly in the calendar, or forward the call to the right person—around the clock, in natural language, without a classic IVR menu.

  • Understanding & Answering: Speech-to-Text → LLM response from your knowledge base → Text-to-Speech with natural voice (ElevenLabs / OpenAI Voice).
  • Actions: Book an appointment in the calendar, check order status, schedule a callback — all via API directly into your systems.
  • Handover: Complex cases will be forwarded to a staff member upon request — with a contextual summary of the conversation so far.
  • Tools: Twilio/Vonage, OpenAI Realtime API, ElevenLabs, n8n.
