- Shipping & Reminder: An email with a personalized accompanying message is sent out; after 3/7/14 days, a gentle reminder follows — this can be deactivated per process.
- Order status: The order is transferred to the ERP/CRM system, and all subsequent steps (order, invoice, delivery) are tracked and reported.
- Tools: n8n, lexoffice/sevDesk/DATEV, HubSpot/Pipedrive/own CRM, PDF templates (Carbone, PDFMonkey).
