Break the routine, turn back the clock.

We automate using your existing tools — no new ones needed.
Standalone solutions, not black boxes. What repeats itself can be replicated.
also automate.

Shortly

What does process automation mean?

Process automation means: recurring manual tasks
are standardized to such an extent that software can take over —
Fast, low-error, around the clock. In medium-sized businesses, that's almost always the case.
always tasks related to data transfers, status updates, emails
and document generation. We're building this with established tools.
(n8n, Make, Zapier) and your existing systems (CRM, ERP,
Accounting, shop).

What is typically worthwhile

Which processes do we automate most frequently?

Rule of thumb: As soon as a step is regularly repeated in identical fashion
If the form is repeated, a second look is worthwhile — the following
Fields are particularly often the first ones in our projects,
which we tackle.

  • Quotation and invoicing processes — from the inquiry trigger to the sent PDF.
  • Mail triage — automatically categorize, answer, or forward incoming emails.
  • Service chatbots on website, WhatsApp, social media — available 24/7.
  • Reporting & Dashboards — Automatically combine figures from multiple sources.
  • CRM/ERP synchronization — data flows without manual copy-paste.
  • Onboarding workflows — new customers, employees, and projects start in a standardized way.
  • Appointment bookings — automated from request to confirmation to reminder.
  • Supplier and ordering processes — checking inventory, triggering orders, documenting goods receipt.
To use

What you get out of it.

Automating routine processes relieves the team and shortens time.
Response times are reduced, and errors are minimized. Additionally, there are softer...
Effects: more satisfied employees (less mindless routine work)
and a robust audit trail of all processes. Which specific ones?
Whether the effects are realistic depends on the process — we will add more information.
An honest assessment instead of a flat rate during the initial consultation.

This is how we proceed

Four steps from conversation to relief

Process scan

We listen, identify routine areas, and prioritize based on cost/benefit.

Quick wins first

We will start with the process that brings the fastest relief — not necessarily the most prestigious.

Build & measure pilot

We will quickly bring an initial workflow into production. Time savings and error rates will be measured from the start.

Scale & train

If the pilot is successful, we will roll out further processes and train your team — automation should remain transparent.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about automation

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

No. We deliberately rely on integration platforms like n8n or Make, which are compatible with almost all common CRM, ERP, and accounting systems. The goal is always to connect existing tools, not replace them.

How quickly will we see results?

We deliberately start small: a first productive workflow should go live as soon as possible so you can see the results immediately. Exactly how quickly depends on the process and the available data – we'll assess this in detail during our initial consultation.

What happens if the automation fails?

Every workflow has monitoring with email or Slack alerts. Errors are immediately visible, and a fallback (e.g., manual correction) is always possible. We don't build anything you can't understand yourself.

Is the whole thing GDPR compliant?

Yes — we select tools and hosting (preferably within the EU/Germany) to ensure that data does not leave the EU legal area. Data processing agreements with all providers are mandatory.

Which process takes you the most time?

15-minute initial consultation — we provide a concrete assessment of automation readiness.
