Email campaigns — Drip logic and throttling without SaaS costs.

DigElite CRM sends newsletters and 1:1 campaigns using the same template system: four languages, three tone styles, placeholders for salutation, first name, company, and personal link. The drip mode allows you to configure sending days of the week, time windows, and an hourly limit—up to 500 recipients per run, without inbox overload. Tracking and status updates flow automatically back into the CRM funnel, without the need for an external tracking pixel tool.

Three functional pillars

Why drip and throttling is crucial for B2B campaigns.

Sending 500 emails in five minutes will land you in the spam filter. Spreading 500 emails over two days will get read. The logic behind this is built into the plugin—not in an Excel spreadsheet.

Day of the week, time slot and hour limit

Sending only Mon-Thu, 9:00-17:00, maximum 60 emails per hour — freely configurable per campaign. Outside of the break, sending is automatically paused and resumes in the next slot.

Template system DE/EN/TR/RU

The same template system as 1:1 emails: 4 languages × 3 tones × 5 salutation variants = 60 combinations, with placeholders for first name, company, personal link and industry.

Tracking without an external tool

Open, click, and landing page visits flow directly back into the CRM funnel — status updates are automatic. No Mailchimp tracker, no ActiveCampaign pixel, no data shared with third parties.

Drip configuration in the backend

Shipping throttling, break times and days of the week in one interface.

The drip UI in the CRM backend displays the current throttle, the next send window, the remaining recipient base, and bounce/open statistics for each running campaign. This allows you to see at a glance whether the campaign is on track—and make adjustments before it gets flagged as spam.

Frequently Asked Questions

What potential buyers should ask before purchasing.

How many receivers per run are safe?

DigElite CRM limits a single run to 500 recipients by default—this is the size at which typical shared hosting providers and email reputation become problematic. With your own SMTP infrastructure (e.g., Amazon SES, dedicated mail servers), this limit can be increased. The drip mode distributes these 500 recipients over hours or days according to your throttle configuration.

What distinguishes drip from a classic newsletter distribution?

Drip = staggered sending with pauses. Instead of sending 500 emails in five minutes (which drags your hosting provider's mail server into a reputational quagmire and lands it in your recipients' spam filters), drip mode sends, for example, 60 emails per hour, only Mon-Thu 9:00-17:00. This keeps you below the anti-spam thresholds.

Is the tracking done per recipient or anonymously?

A tracking code assigned to the contact (pseudonym) is used. Open pixel and click tracking can be deactivated per campaign—this is the standard recommendation for privacy-conscious B2C audiences. For B2B campaigns, tracking provides crucial funnel insights (opened, clicked, landing page visited).

Can newsletters and 1:1 emails use the same templates?

Yes — that's the point of the template system. A template like "Initial Letter to a Restaurant in Germany (Personalized)" can be sent once as a mass campaign to 200 restaurants and another time as a one-to-one follow-up email after a phone call. Consistent tone, less maintenance effort.

15 minutes is enough to get an impression.
