AI consulting in the Osnabrück economic region — Seven cities, one contact person.
We are based in Westerkappeln and advise small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), tradespeople, and service providers within a 100-km radius: Osnabrück and the surrounding area, Münsterland, East Westphalia-Lippe (OWL), Emsland, and Tecklenburg. Seven locally based city pages — and one common approach: using AI only where it demonstrably saves hours, errors, or costs, and guiding you through BAFA, NBank, and NRW.BANK funding programs.
AI consulting rooted locally — choose your city.
Each city page provides real regional industry examples, the relevant funding guidelines (Lower Saxony vs. North Rhine-Westphalia), and frequently asked questions from the respective economic region. If your city isn't listed, we'll still visit you.

Why locally based AI consulting makes sense.
The three things that our city pages have in common — and that become noticeable in the consultation itself.
From the region, for the region
We know the structures of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Osnabrück, Münsterland, OWL, and Emsland economic region—not from studies, but from everyday experience. Industry examples, funding logic, distance-related statements: everything is relevant to your city.
Consultation using your own tools
We use our macOS app Agent Manager to deploy AI agent teams ourselves on a daily basis. What we recommend to you is something we use in our day-to-day operations—not just as a presentation.
Pilot project in 6–8 weeks, funded
No six months of strategy slides upfront. We start with the real process: a 15-minute initial consultation, a longer introductory meeting, BAFA application (50 %), pilot project — and you'll see the first measurable result after six to eight weeks.
Lower Saxony vs. North Rhine-Westphalia — we know both.
Nationwide BAFA, different programs across the state: for SMEs in Lower Saxony, NBank successor programs (nIFP, NInnP), for SMEs in North Rhine-Westphalia, NRW.BANK and Mittelstand Innovativ & Digital. We review the mix daily.
BAFA — nationwide
Up to €50 (%) subsidy towards the consulting fee. We are BAFA-listed and handle the application process. Approval is often granted within a few days.
NBank — Lower Saxony
Digitalbonus.Niedersachsen-innovativ expired at the end of 2025. Succession: The nIFP program offers funding up to €100,000, and the Lower Saxony Innovation Funding Program offers funding up to €500,000. We are currently checking what is available.
NRW.BANK — North Rhine-Westphalia
The "Mittelstand Innovativ & Digital" (MID) program has been managed by NRW.BANK since January 1, 2026 — with a strong focus on AI, ML, real-time technology, and AR/VR since 2026. Funding is available for 50 projects (%) with grants up to €15,000.
Regional & free of charge
WIGOS (Osnabrück district), Ems-Achse growth region, OWL GmbH / it's OWL, Chamber of Industry and Commerce networks, Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Lingen.Münster.Osnabrück — many free AI checks and impulses are also available.
What you should know about the overview page and selecting your city.
Which cities have their own AI advisory websites?
We currently have seven locally based AI consulting websites for Osnabrück, Bramsche, Ibbenbüren, Melle, Lingen (Ems), Münster, and Bielefeld—each with its own industry examples, local funding information, and frequently asked questions from the region. Of course, we also travel to all other cities within a 100-km radius of Westerkappeln/Osnabrück. If your city isn't listed, just let us know—we'll still come to you.
What distinguishes your AI consulting from a consulting firm or cluster?
Three things: First, we come from the region and know the local SME structures from day-to-day experience, not from studies. Second, we use AI ourselves with our own software (Agent Manager) – we won't recommend anything that doesn't work for us. Third, we start with a real-world process and a 6-8 week pilot project instead of half a year of strategy presentations. BAFA subsidizes the initial consultation and project start-up up to 50% (%).
How quickly can I start?
The initial 15-minute consultation is followed—if there's a good fit—by a longer introductory meeting. Afterward, we handle the BAFA application (50 % funding for initial consultation and project launch). In our experience, BAFA approval is often granted within a few days. A first productive AI pilot project is therefore measurably operational after six to eight weeks.
Which funding programs are suitable for my SME?
For SMEs in Lower Saxony, BAFA funding is available nationwide, as are NBank programs statewide (Digitalbonus.Niedersachsen-innovativ, which expired at the end of 2025 – succeeded by nIFP up to €100,000 and NInnP up to €500,000), and, depending on the region, WIGOS or the Ems-Achse growth region. For SMEs in North Rhine-Westphalia, BAFA funding plus the NRW.BANK programs are available – in particular Mittelstand Innovativ & Digital (MID), which, since January 1, 2026, has a clear focus on AI/ML and offers grants of up to €15,000. We review the funding mix daily and handle the application process.
Let's talk for 15 minutes — is it a good fit between us?
A brief phone call or video chat, regardless of the city. We listen, you listen to us — and then we decide whether a longer introductory meeting and a BAFA-funded project launch make sense.
