- Self-service portal: Mitarbeiter stellen Anträge in einem schlanken Web-Portal (Desktop & Smartphone) — kein E-Mail-Anhang mehr.
- Approval workflow: Supervisors receive push notifications/mail, approve with a click or reject — with an automatic substitute rule in case of absence.
- Onboarding route: New employees automatically receive accounts, training plans, equipment orders and checklists — no mistakes due to forgetting.
- Integration: Data is automatically transferred to the HR and payroll software (DATEV LODAS, Personio, sevDesk-Lohn).
- Tools: n8n, own web app (or Personio/HRWorks), Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, Slack/Teams bots for push notifications.
